Eagle Eye Solutions was founded by Brandon Richardson, a tech professional turned law enforcement officer turned private investigator, who combined real-world field experience with a strong technical background to build the platform investigators actually need.
Brandon Richardson
Brandon Richardson brings a unique combination of high-level corporate technology experience, law enforcement service, and hands-on investigative fieldwork to Eagle Eye Solutions. His career began in the tech industry at Apple, where he worked directly with engineering teams on critical application and network-level emerging issues. This experience gave him a deep understanding of how enterprise technology operates at scale and what it takes to build systems that actually work for the people using them.
Driven by a desire to serve his community, Brandon transitioned into law enforcement, where he spent years developing deep expertise in investigative procedures, evidence handling, digital casework, and the critical importance of documentation in legal proceedings. During this time, he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, combining academic knowledge with real-world experience. This gave him firsthand insight into what public safety professionals and investigators actually need from their tools, not what software companies think they need.
After his law enforcement career, Brandon founded Rocky Mountain Eagle Eye, a full-service private investigation firm based in Denver, Colorado. Running his own agency brought a new set of challenges: case management, client communications, billing, scheduling, compliance, field operations, and coordinating investigators across multiple cases. He tried every software solution on the market and grew frustrated with the outdated, clunky, overpriced tools available to investigators and specialized agencies.
Drawing from his real-world field experience and strong technical background, Brandon began developing Eagle Eye Solutions to bridge the gap between boots-on-the-ground operations and modern, intelligent software systems. He earned his AWS Certified Developer credential to deepen his cloud architecture expertise, and continues to expand his skillset. He is currently pursuing a Google Business Intelligence Certificate (started late 2025) with future plans to complete a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
Unlike generic project management tools or legacy systems designed for other industries, Eagle Eye RMS was built from the ground up with the specific workflows, terminology, and operational reality of investigative work in mind. Every tool is designed with operational reality in mind, not just theory. It's practical, secure, and purpose-built for investigators, public safety teams, and specialized organizations that need more than generic, one-size-fits-all platforms.

Brandon launched his own full-service private investigation firm in Denver, Colorado. Handling surveillance, background checks, process serving, and corporate investigations brought new operational challenges and software frustrations.
Using spreadsheets, generic project tools, and outdated PI software proved inefficient. None understood surveillance workflows, process service requirements, or the unique billing needs of investigation firms.
Combining investigative expertise with software development skills, Brandon earned his AWS Certified Developer credential and began building Eagle Eye RMS from the ground up with investigation-specific workflows and features.
Eagle Eye Solutions officially launched to bring purpose-built investigative case management software to firms nationwide. The platform now features 80+ capabilities including real-time PTT, GPS tracking, AI automation, and client portals.
Currently pursuing a Google Business Intelligence Certificate with future plans to complete a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Eagle Eye RMS continues to evolve based on real investigator feedback and industry needs.
