Can I import data from CROSStrax or other systems?

Yes, we offer data migration services from CROSStrax and other case management systems. Our team will help transfer your cases, clients, and historical data to Eagle Eye RMS.

What kind of support do you offer?

All plans include email support. Professional plans get priority support with faster response times. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager, phone support, and custom training.

Is my data secure with Eagle Eye RMS?

Yes, we take security seriously. Eagle Eye RMS uses AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and complete audit logging for all data changes.

Do you have an Android app?

Currently we offer a native iOS app. Android support is on our roadmap. In the meantime, the web application works great on Android devices through the mobile browser.

Can Eagle Eye RMS generate Affidavits of Service?

Yes, Eagle Eye RMS includes automatic Affidavit of Service generation. The system auto-populates fields from case data, includes digital signature support, and generates court-ready PDF documents. Colorado JDF-98 forms are included, and other state-specific forms are available upon request.

How does the client portal work?

Clients receive their own secure login to access assigned cases. They can view case status, download documents and reports, see invoices and make payments, submit documents, and receive real-time notifications on case updates.
