We offer three billing options: Monthly (pay-as-you-go, cancel anytime), Annual (save 17% - pay for 10 months, get 12), and Contract (6, 12, 24, or 36-month terms with discounts up to 25%). Contract plans lock in your rate and provide the best value for firms committed to long-term growth.

No long-term contracts are required — our Starter and Professional plans are available month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. However, we do offer optional contract plans (6, 12, 24, or 36 months) at reduced rates for firms who want to lock in savings. Annual billing saves 17%, and multi-year contracts save up to 25%. Enterprise plans may have custom terms based on your needs.

You can upgrade your plan at any time with immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you're on a contract plan, upgrades are prorated; downgrades or cancellations may be subject to early termination terms depending on your agreement.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe and Square payment processing. For Enterprise and contract plans, we can also arrange ACH transfers or invoiced billing with net-30 terms.

Yes! E-Signature is included in Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans at no additional cost. You can create document templates, send signing requests, and collect legally-binding electronic signatures — all with full audit trails and automatic attachment to cases.

Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. All data is stored in secure, US-based AWS data centers with daily backups. We maintain role-based access controls, two-factor authentication, and comprehensive audit logging for all activity.

All plans include access to our comprehensive online training resources, including video tutorials, documentation, and quick reference guides. Professional plans include live onboarding sessions with our team. Enterprise customers receive dedicated training programs, custom onboarding, and ongoing support from their account manager.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you can export all your data at any time. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then securely delete it. You can also request immediate deletion if preferred.
